Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success. You will warmly welcome clients, assist with product selections, operate the cash wrap, and help maintain a well-organized stockroom and sales floor.

This role supports brand standards and delivers excellent service in a luxury retail setting. Responsibilities include processing shipments, replenishing stock, and collaborating with the team on merchandising and customer outreach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Proficiency with cash registers and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, POS, Internet).
• Ability to read price and product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
