Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success with friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and a well‑kept sales floor. You will ensure accurate processing and assist in moving product from receipt to sale.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, assisting with add‑on purchases, handling shipments, and supporting visual merchandising while upholding brand standards and loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer use.
• Ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet connectivity.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer data where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floors, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
