Qualifications

• 2+ years in LTL transportation, freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of LTL carrier networks, rating structures and services.
• Experience with TMS and freight platforms; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily LTL shipment activities from order receipt through delivery.
• Provide accurate, competitive customer rate quotes and book shipments.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, scheduling, and special services.
• Enter shipment data into transportation management systems (TMS).
• Monitor, track, and communicate shipment status to customers and carriers.
• Process invoices, investigate discrepancies, and support profitability.
