Job summary

Spot Freight, Inc. is seeking a dedicated LTL Coordinator to oversee day-to-day shipments and troubleshoot transportation issues for customers.

You will coordinate with LTL carriers and Spot Account Managers via phone and email, and ensure accurate status updates and billing information throughout the shipment lifecycle. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and experience in customer service, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional handling of irate customers.
• Ability to manage multiple screens/interfaces and stay organized in a results-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all LTL shipments from beginning to end.
• Assist with communication between LTL carriers and Spot Account Managers via phone and email.
• Notify LTL carriers with updated information about shipments as needed.
• Complete check-calls to ensure the most up-to-date status on every shipment.
• Update billing on shipments as needed with the LTL carriers.
• Interact professionally with LTL Carriers’ sales reps and Spot Account Managers.
• Update Spot Account Managers on the status of their customers’ shipments routinely.
