Job summary

HTL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Charlotte, NC to ensure shipments move with accuracy, speed, and accountability. You will manage daily execution across FTL and LTL, maintain SLA compliance, and deliver strong customer service from pickup to delivery.

Based in HTL's Charlotte office, you will report to the Director of Operations and collaborate with sales, carriers, and operations to optimize routing, pricing, and documentation while upholding HTL’s standards for service and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in LTL operations or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics platforms (TMS and CORSAIR).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with sales to ensure coverage by qualified carriers.
• Build and deliver competitive rate quotes aligned with customer needs.
• Enter loads and shipment data into HTL’s TMS; maintain data integrity.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation prior to distribution.
• Track and trace shipments; communicate updates and resolve issues.
