Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical leader in CNS therapies, is seeking a field-based Long-Term Care (LTC) Specialty Account Manager to drive commercial activities in the assigned geography. The role focuses on LTC facilities with a strong emphasis on account management, payer navigation, and accessibility to Axsome medicines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, including 2+ years in LTC or account-based selling environments.
• Launch experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive LTC product adoption in facilities and care teams.
• Build and maintain relationships across the LTC ecosystem including psychiatrists, neurologists, and nurses.
• Develop territory business plans aligned with quarterly and annual goals.
