Job summary

Genworth invites experienced actuaries to join the Long Term Care Actuarial Model Governance and Controllership team in overseeing LTC models and controls. You will guide design and compliance with standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support governance across valuation, projections and data analytics.

The role emphasizes documentation, peer reviews, and expanding oversight to emerging teams and products, with remote work options across US time zones.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of actuarial processes: valuation, projections, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the LTC control environment and ensure design consistency across teams.
• Consult on controls for new or enhanced processes.
• Review existing controls for high-risk processes and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration systems and data issues.
• Develop model governance documentation to increase transparency.
