Job summary

Vibra Healthcare in Kentucky seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead daily clinical operations at the LTACH. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure staffing levels meet patient needs, and promote high-quality nursing care in line with ANA standards.

You will plan, coordinate and evaluate clinical programs with a team-based approach. The role requires RN licensure, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and 3+ years in LTACH/acute care with nurse management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program; MSN preferred or in progress.
• Current RN licensure in the state of the hospital location.
• Minimum three years of direct patient care in LTAC or acute care; LTACH experience preferred.
• Experience supervising patient care services for at least two years in nursing management.
• Ability to define goals, priorities, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the LTACH's nursing services.
• Promote quality of care under ANA standards while coordinating clinical programs.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff to ensure safe, effective patient care and staff engagement.
