Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to oversee day-to-day clinical operations at the LTACH. You will direct nursing staff, ensure staffing adequacy, and maintain ANA-aligned quality of care under the LTACH CEO supervision.

Lead a team focused on safety, service excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role requires RN licensure in Kentucky, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and several years of LTAC or acute care leadership experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• MSN preferred or in progress.
• Must possess and maintain current RN licensure in the state where the hospital is located.
• Minimum of three years of direct patient care in LTAC or acute care; LTACH experience highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conveys CHC/hospital values and fosters teamwork and accountability.
• Defines and implements operational standards and nursing policies.
• Oversees staffing levels and ensures qualified, on-duty RN coverage.
• Promotes patient safety, quality and compliance with ANA standards.
• Manages budgets, productivity metrics and revenue cycle support.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships with medical staff and leadership.
