Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. seeks a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the LTACH. You will supervise the nursing staff, ensure staffing adequacy, and drive quality of care in alignment with ANA Standards.

You will collaborate with the medical staff, manage clinical programs, and promote a high-performance culture focused on patient safety and accountability. Prior LTACH and strong critical care experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of Nursing and RN licensure required.
• Minimum 3 years direct patient care experience in a LTAC or acute care setting.
• 2+ years nursing management/leadership experience.
• LTACH experience highly desirable; Critical care experience preferred.
• MSN preferred or enrolled toward MSN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the LTACH's clinical services.
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Promote quality of nursing care in line with ANA Standards.
• Plan, coordinate, manage and evaluate clinical programs and services.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration between nursing and medical staff.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff to address issues affecting patient care and safety.
