Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead the LTACH's clinical services under the CEO.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure competency and staffing levels meet complex patient needs, and promote quality care in line with ANA standards. You will shape clinical programs, coordinate operations, drive safety and patient satisfaction, manage budgets, guide HR and performance, and collaborate with medical staff to advance care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited university program. MSN preferred or enrolled toward MSN.
• Must possess and maintain current RN licensure in the state of the hospital location.
• Minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in LTAC or acute care setting; LTACH experience highly desirable.
• Evidence of competency in supervising patient care services through at least two years of nursing management experience.

Responsibilities

• Hierarchical nursing leadership: ensure staffing adequacy and professional standards.
• Promote safety, quality of care, and adherence to ANA Standards of Practice.
• Oversee operational standards, policies, and procedures for nursing services.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care and clinical programs.
• Drive customer satisfaction and effective communication within hospital teams.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for nursing services.
