Vibra Healthcare in Paducah, KY, seeks a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead the LTACH's clinical services, ensuring patient care meets ANA Standards of Practice and creates a culture of safety and quality. The CNO will supervise clinical staff, plan and evaluate nursing programs, collaborate with medical staff, and drive performance improvement, staffing and budget stewardship.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• MSN degree preferred or enrolled toward MSN.
• Current RN licensure in the state of the hospital location.
• Minimum of 3 years direct patient care experience in LTAC or acute care.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing management experience (manager, director, CNO) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical services for the LTACH.
• Promote quality nursing care under ANA Standards of Practice.
• Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate clinical programs and services.
• Collaborate with professional staff to ensure adequate staffing and resources.
• Drive performance improvement, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
