Job summary

Vibra Healthcare seeks a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead daily clinical operations at the LTACH, reporting to the CEO. You will oversee nurse staffing, practice standards, and clinical program evaluation to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a nursing leadership background, with strong emphasis on team development, policy implementation, and collaboration with medical staff to drive quality and safety across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing from an accredited university program.
• Active RN licensure in the state of the hospital location.
• Minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in LTACH or acute care.
• Two years nursing management experience; leadership roles considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the LTACH.
• Provide supervision of clinical staff to ensure competency and staffing levels.
• Promote overall quality of nursing care under ANA Standards of Practice.
• Coordinate, manage, and evaluate clinical programs and services.
