Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program; MSN preferred or in progress.
• Current RN licensure in the state of the hospital location.
• Minimum three years of direct patient care in LTAC or acute care; LTACH experience desirable.
• Two years nursing management experience; roles like nursing manager/director/CNO acceptable.

• Collects and analyzes data to improve clinical processes and operations.
• Establishes an organized nursing service with appropriate administrative structure and on-duty RN coverage.

• Maintains effective communication with medical staff and hospital stakeholders.
