Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead the LTACH's clinical services, ensuring staffing, quality of care, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise nursing leadership and collaborate with the executive team to advance patient outcomes.

Required are an RN license and extensive LTAC/acute care experience, with a focus on operational excellence, staff development, and patient safety. This leadership role emphasizes accountability and cross-disciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing from an accredited program; MSN preferred.
• Must possess and maintain current RN licensure in the state of the hospital location.
• Minimum of three years direct patient care in LTAC or acute care; LTACH experience highly desirable; critical care preferred.
• Two years nursing management experience; roles such as nursing manager, nursing director or CNO also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Defines and implements operational standards, policies and procedures for nursing care and patient assessment.
• Promotes quality and safety by applying national standards and current best practices.
• Oversees budgeting, productivity metrics, and resource stewardship for nursing services.
• Manages staffing requirements and ensures appropriately credentialed personnel are available.
• Fosters collaboration with physicians and staff to optimize patient care and communication.
