Job summary

Vibra Healthcare in Illinois seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to oversee LTACH clinical services under the LTACH CEO. The CNO will lead clinical staff, ensure staffing levels, and maintain high standards of nursing care in line with ANA standards.

You will drive operations, quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and budget management, while collaborating with medical staff and community partners to advance Vibra's mission.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in state where hospital located.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing required; MSN preferred or in progress.
• Minimum 3 years direct patient care in LTAC or acute care.
• Minimum 2 years nursing management experience.

Responsibilities
