Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to manage daily LTACH clinical operations under the LTACH CEO. The CNO will supervise clinical staff, ensure staffing adequacy, and drive quality in alignment with ANA Standards of Practice.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and evaluating clinical programs, while promoting teamwork and high-level patient care. RN licensure in the state is required with LTACH/critical care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing required; MSN preferred or in progress.
• Current RN licensure in the state of the hospital location.
• Minimum 3 years direct patient care in LTAC or acute care; LTACH experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years nursing management experience; supervisory roles acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the LTACH.
• Lead and supervise clinical staff; ensure staffing levels meet patient needs.
• Promote quality of nursing care under ANA Standards.
• Collaborate with professional staff to develop and evaluate clinical programs.
