Job summary

Vibra Healthcare seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead the LTACH's clinical operations in Kentucky. The CNO will supervise nursing staff, ensure staffing adequacy, and maintain ANA standards of practice to deliver high-quality patient care.

Reporting to the LTACH CEO, the CNO will shape clinical programs, promote patient safety, and collaborate with medical staff to optimize care delivery and outcomes within a team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; MSN preferred or in progress.
• RN licensure in the state of the hospital location.
• Minimum 3 years direct patient care in LTAC/acute care; LTACH experience desirable.
• Minimum 2 years nursing management experience (e.g., nursing manager/director/CNO).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day LTACH clinical services operations.
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure competency and adequate staffing.
• Promote quality nursing care under ANA Standards of Practice.
• Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate clinical programs and services.
