Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one‑on‑one pediatric private duty nursing for a 6-year-old male child in Mt. Pleasant, PA. This Saturday day-shift role offers meaningful family-centered care in a home setting.

Requirements include a Pennsylvania LPN (or RN) license, nursing program graduation, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred). Transportation and a valid license are needed.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Caring, independent and passionate about pediatric care.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.

What You'll Do
