Job summary

Community Care, Inc. Home Health is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 14-year-old female child in Hastings, PA. This full-time overnight role offers one-on-one care, a Monday-Friday schedule from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, and weekends available.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor vitals and seizures, manage g-tube care and medications, and collaborate with the family and care team to deliver safe, family-centered pediatric care in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Perform g-tube care/feedings
• Monitor vitals
