Job summary

Community Care, Inc. in Rillton, PA is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one private duty pediatric care for a 15-year-old male client.

This full-time role offers a day shift with a Monday-Wednesday schedule, in a home setting, with the potential to build meaningful connections through personalized care. The position requires an active PA LPN (or RN) license, CPR, and at least 6 months of nursing experience, preferably in home health.

Qualifications
