Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking an LPN for pediatric private duty in Johnstown, PA. This full-time role focuses on 1:1 care for a 10-year-old girl in a home setting.

You will perform ADL assistance, g-tube care, and medication administration, while maintaining clear communication with the family and care team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Passionate about pediatric private duty care

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
