Community Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for one-on-one pediatric private duty care in Rillton, PA. This full-time day-shift role offers 1:1 care for a 15-year-old male, with a Monday-Wednesday schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Formación

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.

• Administer medications safely and accurately.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
