Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty pediatric care for a 4-year-old boy in Beaverdale, PA.

This weekend day-shift role offers meaningful, family-centered nursing in a home setting and the chance to build a trusted relationship with the child and family. You’ll assist with ADLs, perform g-tube feedings, monitor vitals, administer oxygen and medications, and communicate clearly with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Caring, independent, and passionate about pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor vitals.

• Administer medications safely and accurately.
