Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for one-on-one private duty pediatric care in a home setting in Pittsburgh, PA. The position offers a full-time daytime schedule with weekday shifts and consistent hours.

You will provide 1:1 care for an 11-year-old boy, including ADLs, G-tube care, and trach/vent support, while coordinating with family and the care team to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification is required.
• Hospice/home health experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform G-tube care/feedings.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
