Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 6-year-old male child in Mt. Pleasant, PA. The role involves ADL support, managing g-tube feedings, and medication administration in a home setting.

You will join a supportive team, focusing on high-quality pediatric care with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
