Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for pediatric clients in Allegheny County. This role offers day, evening, or night shifts and the chance to build meaningful connections in a home setting.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor vitals and seizures, manage g-tube care, and deliver safe medication administration, all while maintaining clear, compassionate communication with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide g-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor seizures.

• Administer medications safely and accurately.
