Qualifications

• LPN with Illinois license (IDFPR)
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA)
• 1+ year of LPN work experience

Responsibilities

• Passes all medications and hangs IV piggybacks/fluids.
• Charts assessments and care plans after RN initial assessment.
• Collaborates with physicians/APPs for orders and care plans.
• Performs trach care, NG tube insertions/feeds, and ostomy care.
• Reinforces discharge instructions and patient education.
