• Passes all medications and hangs IV piggybacks (excluding IV Push).
• Charts assessments and care plans after RN's initial assessment.
• Coordinate with physicians/APPs for orders and dressing changes.
• Perform trach care, NG tube care, and ostomy care as needed.
• Reinforce education and discharge instructions.
