Qualifications

• Document assessments and care plans after RN initial assessment.
• Communicate with physicians/APPs to receive orders and coordinate care.
• Perform trach care, NG tube insertions and feedings.
• Care for ostomies and wound care as needed.
• Reinforce discharge instructions to patients.
