Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Illinois license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
• Education: College Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Work Experience: LPN >1 year

Responsibilities

• Passes all medications and hangs IV piggybacks and fluids.
• Chart assessments on assigned patients after RN completes initial assessment.
• Chart care plans and assist RN with new care plans as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians/APPs for orders and care coordination.
