Driftwood Hospitality Management in Florida is seeking a friendly bartender to serve beverages and light meals, greet guests, and accurately take and record room service orders. You will mix drinks, garnish, and present them following standard recipes while managing the cash register and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will maintain bar stock, assist with daily setup, handle safety procedures, and support other beverage personnel as needed.

Competenze

• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and checks.
• Basic English writing skills for requisitions and vouchers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and promote and document drink orders.
• Mix, garnishes and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Maintain bar setup and stock beer, wine, spirits, and supplies daily.
• Handle cash, verify charges, balance moneys and operate the register.
• Take room service orders, input into POS, and generate guest checks.
• Perform cleaning and adhere to health standards and safety procedures.
