Peregrine Hospitality in Florida is seeking a bartender/barback to serve guests in the bar and restaurant, maintain the bar area, and support food servers. You will prepare beverages, take orders, and ensure a high level of service and cleanliness.

Formación

• Knowledge of beverages, recipes and correct glassware.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurants per service standards.
• Take guests' food and beverage orders and suggestive sell.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and stock levels.
• Record orders in POS and handle payments per procedures.
• Open wine/champagne bottles and serve according to standards.
• Ensure room for guest service and assist other team members as needed.
• Follow safety standards and company policies; work as part of a team.
