Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; beverage server experience and alcohol service knowledge preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and payment processing accuracy with cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve in compliance with safety and service guidelines.
• Explain menu items and ingredients to guests.
• Handle payments and process checks accurately per policies.
• Report incidents of intoxication or service guests responsibly.
• Attend department meetings and maintain professional demeanor.
