Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Bartender to serve beverages and food, greet guests, and assist in the lounge area at our Fort Lauderdale property. You will mix drinks, handle cash, take room service orders, and maintain bar stock while following safety and health standards.

The role requires basic math, a Food Handler Card, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Prior hospitality experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Complies with liquor regulations and minors rules.
• Must hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and vouchers.
• Ability to operate a cash register and take room service orders.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote drink orders.
• Mix and present drinks with standard recipes.
• Maintain bar setup and stock garnishes.
