Total Life, Inc. is seeking a nurse practitioner to lead the Longevity Program in Tacoma‑South Seattle partner senior living communities.

The role is in‑person and contract-based, with educational talks and one‑on‑one longevity visits, supported by our Chief Medical Officer. You will perform comprehensive geriatric assessments, medication reviews, cognitive screening, and coordinate follow‑up with primary care providers while documenting to Medicare standards in our EHR.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted WA ARNP license with prescriptive authority.
• Current national NP board certification.
• Active DEA registration and PWMA/WAM licensing compliance.
• Clinical experience caring for adults 65+.
• Experience with Medicare documentation and E/M coding.
• Malpractice insurance covering in-person care.
• Ability to present to groups and communicate with families.

Responsabilités

• Conduct 45 to 60 minute longevity visits based on a geriatric assessment.
• Evaluate weight management options, including GLP-1 when appropriate.
• Identify residents needing follow-up care and coordinate with PCPs.
• Document encounters accurately for Medicare standards in the EHR.
• Represent Total Life professionally with residents, families and staff.
• Travel to assigned senior living communities in the Tacoma‑South Seattle area.
