Job summary

Total Life is seeking nurse practitioners to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities in the Greater Orlando area. This in-person contract role starts with an educational talk, followed by one-on-one longevity visits, all supported by our Chief Medical Officer.

You’ll work with residents who sign up for visits and travel between sites. You’ll provide geriatric assessments, deprescribing reviews, cognitive screening, and medication management, with Medicare documentation to be

Qualifications

• Active Florida APRN license and national NP certification required.
• DEA registration and Florida controlled substance course completion required.
• Experience caring for adults 65+ and Medicare documentation knowledge.
• Ability to practice under a supervising physician or autonomous APRN with required hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead longevity days, perform 45–60 minute geriatric visits.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, deprescribing and cognition screening.
• Identify follow-up care needs and coordinate with primary care providers.
• Document every encounter to Medicare standards in our EHR.
• Represent Total Life professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Travel to assigned senior living communities in Greater Orlando.
