Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities in the Tacoma–South Seattle area. You will present a short education talk, perform one-on-one longevity visits, and coordinate care with primary providers.

Training is provided by the CMO in geriatric assessment and cognitive tools. The role is a weekday on-site contract, requiring WA ARNP license, national NP board certification, DEA and PMP registrations, and experience with Medicare

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington ARNP license with prescriptive authority.
• Current national NP board certification.
• Active DEA registration and WA PMP registration.
• Experience with Medicare documentation and E/M coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead longevity visits at partner senior living communities, with 45–60 minute assessments.
• Present educational talks for residents and conduct one-on-one visits.
• Coordinate care with residents’ primary providers and follow-up as needed.
• Document encounters to Medicare standards in the EHR.
• Travel to assigned sites in the Tacoma–South Seattle area.
