Job summary

Total Life Inc. is seeking nurse practitioners for an in-person contract role in the Tacoma-South Seattle area to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities. Each site day begins with an educational talk for residents, followed by one-on-one longevity visits.

You will be trained by our Chief Medical Officer, perform comprehensive geriatric assessments, and coordinate with residents' primary care providers. Site days are weekday, with 4–8 hours per day, growing as bookings increase.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted WA ARNP license with prescriptive authority from WA Board of Nursing.
• Current national NP board certification.
• Active DEA registration and Washington Prescription Monitoring Program registration.
• Clinical experience caring for adults 65+.
• Experience with Medicare documentation and E/M coding.
• Malpractice insurance covering in-person care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Weekday availability for on-site days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45 to 60 minute longevity visits built on a comprehensive geriatric assessment.
• Evaluate eligible residents for weight management and GLP-1 therapy as appropriate.
• Identify residents needing follow-up care and coordinate with their PCP.
• Document every encounter to Medicare standards in our EHR.
• Represent Total Life professionally with residents, families and staff.
• Travel to assigned senior living communities in the Tacoma-South Seattle area.

Education

Active national NP board certification

Adult-Gerontology NP certification (AGNP/AGPCNP) or Family NP with geriatric focus

Washington ARNP license with prescriptive authority
