Job summary

Total Life is seeking nurse practitioners for an in-person contract role in the Tacoma–South Seattle area. You will lead longevity days at partner senior living communities, starting with an educational talk and followed by one-on-one longevity visits, trained by our CMO.

This role requires an active WA ARNP license, national NP board certification, DEA registration, and Medicare documentation experience. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington ARNP license with prescriptive authority
• Current national NP board certification
• DEA registration and WA PMP registration
• Clinical experience caring for adults 65+
• Experience with Medicare documentation and E/M coding
• Own malpractice insurance covering in-person care

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45–60 minute longevity visits based on geriatric assessment
• Evaluate residents for weight management with GLP-1 therapy where appropriate
• Identify follow-up care needs and coordinate with primary care providers
• Document encounters accurately to Medicare standards in the EHR
• Represent Total Life professionally with residents, families and staff
• Travel to assigned senior living communities in Tacoma-South Seattle area
