Total Life is hiring nurse practitioners to lead longevity days in partner senior living communities around Tacoma and South Seattle. You will present an educational talk, then conduct 45–60 minute visits focusing on geriatric assessment, cognition, mood, sleep, nutrition, and functional status.

You’ll be trained by our CMO and supported by a program designed for older adults. This is an in-person contract role with weekday site days, starting with a few hours per day and expanding as bookings

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted WA ARNP license with prescriptive authority.
• Current national NP board certification.
• Active DEA registration and WA PMP registration.
• Experience caring for adults 65+ and Medicare documentation knowledge.
• Own malpractice insurance covering in-person care.
• Good public speaking skills with older adults.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Weekday availability for on-site days in the Tacoma-South Seattle area.

Responsabilités

• Conduct 45 to 60 minute longevity visits built on a comprehensive geriatric assessment.
• Evaluate eligible residents for weight management, including GLP-1 therapy where appropriate.
• Identify residents who would benefit from follow-up care and coordinate with their primary care provider.
• Document every encounter accurately in our EHR for Medicare standards.
• Represent Total Life professionally with residents, families and community staff.
• Travel to assigned senior living communities in the Tacoma-South Seattle area.
