Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Coordinator, Operations to enable distribution center operations through general office tasks and direct support to warehouse and transportation leadership. The role runs Tue–Sat, 3 AM–12 PM, with compensation dependent on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clerical experience required.
• High school diploma or GED/equivalent required.
• Preferred experience in a distribution business environment.
• Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service Regulations and geographic delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process routine forms, reports and documents for warehouse and transportation.
• Communicate with internal/external customers to support staff and customer needs.
• Verify information to ensure market compliance with regulations.
• Input data on operations metrics to track warehouse/transportation performance.
• Create and maintain basic charts, graphs, and databases for manager review.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and initiate purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
