Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Coordinator, Operations to support distribution center operations by handling clerical tasks and assisting warehouse and transportation leadership. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 4PM-12:30AM. Base rate between $19-$30 hourly with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Two years clerical experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent telephone and customer service ability.
• Basic math and data entry accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process routine forms and documents following procedures.
• Respond to general inquiries and telephone calls.
• Verify information to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track and input data on operations metrics.
• Create basic charts, graphs, and spreadsheets.
• Monitor office supply inventory and place purchase orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
