Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to provide clerical and administrative support to warehouse leadership and help keep daily operations organized and efficient. The role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with payroll-related duties in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The position is full-time with a Sunday–Thursday 5:30 PM–2:00 AM shift. Candidates should have strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with standard office

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to warehouse leadership and department operations.
• Coordinate and document daily departmental activities and meetings.
• Maintain timekeeping and payroll-related records to ensure accuracy.
• Schedule and communicate daily shifts and staffing information to associates.
• Track equipment and support daily operational reporting for leadership.
• Prepare and update routine departmental reports and spreadsheets.
• Communicate operational updates and schedules to leadership and staff.
• Elevate complex issues to leadership as needed.
