FedEx Freight in Indianapolis is seeking an adaptable administrative associate to support customer service and freight operations. You will handle documentation, data entry, and communication with customers to determine pickup/delivery needs and resolve issues.

The role requires strong phone manners, basic math, and proficiency with standard office equipment; prior transportation experience is a plus. Starting rate reflects hourly pay and shift coverage in a fast-paced service center.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Two years general office experience preferred.
• One year customer service experience preferred.
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform administrative/clerical functions including filing, copying, imaging, data entry, and answering phones.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Provide information and assistance to customers, determine pickup/delivery needs, and handle inquiries.
• Enter freight shipment information into computer systems and generate/adjust freight bills.
• Administer freight pickup process as needed and support billing/invoicing questions.
