Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an Operations Support professional in the pickup and delivery area to coordinate quality, service and administrative functions, dispatch equipment per the Linehaul plan, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves monitoring daily metrics, communicating with BC/AOs, resolving customer service issues, maintaining DOT records, coordinating linehaul dispatch and driver training as needed to support on‑time performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to respond to requests and issues.
• Strong time management and multi‑tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to read and interpret numerical data and written information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of pickup/delivery and linehaul operations including DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily.
• Communicate with BC/AOs and IC/ISP loads changes and update systems.
• Investigate customer service complaints and ensure resolution.
• Maintain vehicle and driver records per DOT requirements.
• Coordinate dispatch of linehaul equipment and enter dispatch events accurately.
