Qualifications

• Administrative support, customer service or dock operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility reporting metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily.
• Communicate with BC/AOs and ICs/ISPs about load plan changes and updates in Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigate customer service complaints to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate management.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance information and ensure DOT compliance for company and vendor equipment.
