• Escalates unresolved issues to management.
• Maintains maintenance data and DOT compliance for assets.
• Creates/updates files for equipment and insurance documents.
• Dispatches linehaul equipment and logs dispatch events.
• Investigates delays and incidents, applies contingency plans.
• May conduct driver release audits for contractor stations.
• May organize driver training sessions.
