Responsibilities

• Coordinate the dispatch of linehaul transportation equipment and enter events into the system.
• Monitor service, safety, cost, and quality metrics daily and raise issues.
• Investigate customer service issues and communicate resolutions to customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to BC/AOs or management when needed.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and ensure DOT compliance for assets.
• Assist in driver training and participate in process improvement initiatives.
