Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate the quality, service and administrative functions in the pickup and delivery area. You will dispatch transportation equipment per the Linehaul plan to minimize costs and ensure service integrity.

Strong communication, time management and data interpretation skills are essential. Knowledge of DOT regulations and MS Office is required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors facility reporting metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily.
• Investigates customer service complaints and resolves issues for customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates dispatch of linehaul transportation equipment and updates online systems.
• Maintains vehicle maintenance information and DOT compliance documentation.
• Assists in development of corrective action plans for discrepancies or violations.
